Restorative Yoga:
Restorative Yoga is a gentle and slow style of yoga in which postures are held for longer periods of time and are often supported by props to make the body more comfortable.
Because the practice isn't as vigorous, the practitioner has more opportunity to focus on deep breathing, relaxing, and tuning in to the subtler feelings in the body.
Restorative practice improves flexibility, increases mobility, allows for mindful awareness and meditation, and stills the mind through breath awareness.

Restorative Yoga is wonderful at reducing stress, anxiety, and daily overwhelm.
