True deep genuine connection - the kind that makes your heart swell and your insides feel rich - is rare.  And to experience that level of truth, authenticity, and intimacy in a safe and open-minded group is such a gift. Many of us crave this kind of deep connection, but we often don't know how to get it.

I am offering a space where we can all be fully be seen, heard, and witnessed for who we are and learn to experience others in a new way, while honoring ourselves and staying true to our own experience.

Circling consists of relational meditation and conversation about what’s actually happening for you right here and now.  It's a chance to drop our cognitive past ruminations and future anxiety stories, and just be.
