I think a primary cause of emotional pain and suffering in our lives comes from disconnection.  Most of us simply don't have enough genuine intimacy and deep connection in our daily lives.  And even when we are aware of craving more, we often don't know how to get it.  I am offering a space where we can all fully be seen, heard, and witnessed for who we are learn to experience others in a new way.BOTHAND

We will play a couple interpersonal games designed to cultivate empathy, connection, better communication skills, and explore our consciousness through Authentic Relating games.

Then we will Circle!  Circling consists of relational meditation and conversation about what’s actually happening for you right here and now.  It's a chance to drop our cognitive past ruminations and future anxiety stories, and just be.  You'll also be given an intimate sense…
